I can’t recommend Jen’s Art of Gifted Leadership Course highly enough. Jen is a wonderful guide for those of us wanting to learn, understand, and grow. The course content was well-designed, included direction to great resources, was extremely thought-provoking, and best of all was able to flex to the needs of the various participants. I am in a kind of transitional stage of my life at the moment, which sometimes creates a tension between the way I have practiced leadership in my earlier life and what that may look like in the next phase. This could have been very challenging for the cohesion and balance of the course without a leader who is amazing in her own right. Her comments and questions helped us all gain insight into ourselves and our leadership development, as did the open way that we all talked to each other during the course sessions. The work wasn’t always easy, but it was always worth it. I will be looking forward to my next course!
